How to install resource packs:
- Make the file storage location "External" in the settings
- Download the resource pack you want in the .mcpack format
- Open your file manager and go to your downloads folder
- Copy the .mcpack file for the resource pack
- Go to sdcard/games/com.mojang/resource_packs
- Paste the resource pack in there
- Open Minecraft
- Go to options, then click global resources
- Select the resource pack you want to use
