How to install resource packs:
- Download the resource pack you want
- Copy the resource pack's zip file
- Go to %appdata% in the windows search bar
- Open the .minecraft folder
- Open the resourcepacks folder in the .minecraft folder
- Paste the resource pack in the folder
- Launch minecraft with the same version as the resource pack
- Go to options, then click Resource Packs
- Select the resource pack you want to use
